At VaultVPS, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Cancellations & Refunds Policy explains how service cancellations and refund requests are handled across our hosting services.
π 1. Cancellations
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time via your client portal or by submitting a written request to our support team.

For monthly plans, cancellation must be requested at least 3 days before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.

For annual plans, cancellation can be requested at any time before expiry, but refunds may not apply after the initial refund period (see below).
b. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of our Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or non-payment.

In such cases, refunds will not be issued unless required by law.

a. Refund Eligibility

b. VPS Hosting Refunds

c. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused service time unless required by local law or explicitly stated in your service agreement.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
β 4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, your account may be suspended immediately. To avoid disruption, please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
