a. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • You may cancel your service at any time via your client portal or by submitting a written request to our support team.

  • For monthly plans, cancellation must be requested at least 3 days before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.

  • For annual plans, cancellation can be requested at any time before expiry, but refunds may not apply after the initial refund period (see below).

b. Company-Initiated Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of our Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or non-payment.

  • In such cases, refunds will not be issued unless required by law.

a. Refund Eligibility
