Welcome to VaultVPS (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or subscribing to our hosting services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. 🧾 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any of our services (including VPS hosting, shared hosting, domain registration, or related solutions), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. 🛠️ Service Usage

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and passwords.

  • You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including:

    • Hosting malware, phishing content, or spam

    • Distributing copyrighted or pirated content

    • Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating our acceptable use policies.

3. 💰 Billing & Payments

  • All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

  • Failure to pay within the due date may result in suspension or termination of your services.

  • Refunds are only applicable under our [Refund & Cancellation Policy].

  • Price changes or promotions do not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions.

4. 🔒 Data & Security

  • You are responsible for data backups unless a backup plan is explicitly included.

  • We implement security measures, but we are not liable for data breaches or loss due to customer misconfiguration.

  • Managed VPS clients receive basic monitoring and patching; unmanaged clients are responsible for their server maintenance.

5. 📬 Support

  • Support is available 24/7 via ticket or email (for managed services).

  • Unmanaged VPS users receive limited infrastructure-level support only.

  • Issues caused by customer-installed software may not be covered under standard support.

6. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

  • Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the previous 3 months.

7. ✉️ Account Termination

  • You may cancel your services at any time via your client portal or by written request.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a threat to our infrastructure or other clients.

8. 🔄 Modifications

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Maharashtra / India, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Thane.
