a. Customer-Initiated Cancellation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    You may cancel your service at any time via your client portal or by submitting a written request to our support team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    For monthly plans, cancellation must be requested at least 3 days before the next renewal<\/strong> date to avoid being charged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    For annual plans, cancellation can be requested at any time before expiry, but refunds may not apply after the initial refund period (see below).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
