By registering, accessing, or using any of our services (including VPS hosting, shared hosting, domain registration, or related solutions), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

2. \ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Service Usage<\/h3>\n

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and passwords.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including:<\/p>\n

      Hosting malware, phishing content, or spam<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Distributing copyrighted or pirated content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Launching denial-of-service (DoS\/DDoS) attacks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

      We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating our acceptable use policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. \ud83d\udcb0 Billing & Payments<\/h3>\n

        All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Failure to pay within the due date may result in suspension or termination of your services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Refunds are only applicable under our [Refund & Cancellation Policy].<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Price changes or promotions do not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. \ud83d\udd12 Data & Security<\/h3>\n

          You are responsible for data backups unless a backup plan is explicitly included.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          We implement security measures, but we are not liable for data breaches or loss due to customer misconfiguration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Managed VPS clients receive basic monitoring and patching; unmanaged clients are responsible for their server maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. \ud83d\udcec Support<\/h3>\n

          • \n

            Support is available 24\/7 via ticket or email (for managed services).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Unmanaged VPS users receive limited infrastructure-level support only.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Issues caused by customer-installed software may not be covered under standard support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. \u2696\ufe0f Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

              We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the previous 3 months.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. \u2709\ufe0f Account Termination<\/h3>\n

                You may cancel your services at any time via your client portal or by written request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a threat to our infrastructure or other clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. \ud83d\udd04 Modifications<\/h3>\n

                We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.<\/p>\n

                These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Maharashtra \/ India<\/strong>, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Thane<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
